LAMI (Laboratory of Automation and Industrial Metrology)
- LAMI has a major focus on metrology and automization. These two main areas are complemented and defined by the clients, being strongly marked by Camaçari Petrochemical Pole, by civil construction organizations and by Petrobrás (and its local suppliers). Among LAMI's working application there are: industrial intruments and standard calibration, inspection of parts and tools, teaching and scientifical research.

USIMEC (Laboratory of Mechanical Machining)
- Machining Laboratory for parts fabrication, using functions such as milling, drilling, etc.

LABMAQ (Machine Laboratory)
- LABMAQ has a recently revitalized structure and several machines that are used to accomplish fabrication services. LABMAQ is also used by mechanical engineering students in order to practice and improve their fabrication and machining skills.

LEA (Laboratory of artificial elevation)
- LEA was inaugurated in 2011 after a partership between Petrobras and UFBA. This laboratory is cabable of reproducing similar conditions to the ones found in oil drilling and extraction operations, and it is intended for scientifical researches and studies on oil elevation methods. [VIDEO]

CTAI(Center for Technological Capacitation in Industrial Automation)
- CTAI is and education center that developed and environment intended for the integratation of studies, researching labs, projects and local business consulting. This Center also is responsible for implementing practical classes in undergraduate and graduate disciplines, and advising students in Scientifical Initiation peojects.
